  Meet with your Architects and provide a design brief to ensure flexible, accessible accommodation is provided, taking account of resident’s present and future needs.
• Product Specification
  Evaluate the range of specialist and non-specialist equipment on your behalf to ensure a high quality installation which accommodates the need for individuals to achieve their maximum level of independence and to enable carers and nursing staff to provide assistance in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Assessment of Individual Needs which could take place
  
  • At the time of purchasing the accommodation.
  • As the level of disability/need changes or deteriorates.
  • Risk assessments with regard to Manual Handling. This will be in conjunction with product specification for use with individuals by carers and nursing staff.
