Quality Assurance Policy
Able 2 has an established Quality Management System which enables us to continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our policies and procedures. We are presently seeking ISO 90001 to reinforce and confirm our quality assurance programme.
Our management systems have been developed to provide an appropriate and practical tool for Able 2 personnel to monitor the progress and continual improvement of our work and ensure that all elements of our service are measured with regard to quality and relevance to our mission as set out in our Mission Statement.
We can offer a tailor made service ensuring that all of your needs are met, and that these needs can be monitored through our database by the monitoring tools currently in place which are updated on a regular basis. This enables us to identify potential under performance and address any shortfalls without delay.
At the commencement of any new contracts Able 2 will appoint a Occupational Therapy Manager and the Business Manager to provide a clear professional and appropriate system to summarise the requirement of the contract with regard to timescales, administrative requirements and expectations of any other directives as set out within the contract, including any monitoring tools as necessary.
We will also ensure that regular monitoring meetings take place to confirm expectations and service delivery with the relevant personnel.
All Occupational Therapists are met on a monthly basis to ensure that they continue to deliver Quality service.
