Services for the Residential Home

Able 2 has an established relationship with a number of residential homes. We are able to undertake occupational therapy assessments with regard to the audits that are required.

Able 2 has provided valuable services to residential and nursing homes.

We are able to undertake audits of the home and provide reports which ensure that the home is complying with the Care Homes Regulations 2001.

We provide advice and assessment services with regard to individual residents and reduce risk with regard to manual handling and the safety of care staff and residents.

When new homes are being considered, our experienced occupational therapists can provide advice with regard to the appropriate design brief, specialised equipment, particularly with regard to bathing, and manual handling when designing facilities which need to be flexible – accommodating a range of disabilities and resident needs.
